You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

If you use our voice-AI system to capture appointments or interact with patients:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained any required consents from individuals whose data is processed.
  
  
• GenieAInow will handle data securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  
  

We do not claim ownership over any patient or appointment data you upload or generate through the system.

Access to certain Services may require payment. Pricing and terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or subscription plan.

We reserve the right to suspend Services for non-payment.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenieAInow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the incident.

You agree to indemnify and hold GenieAInow, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
